BLUE CINEMA TV has acquired new patent of “process for making an audio-visual apparatus which reproduces a human presence (or an object), simulating its presence in the real environment surrounding the apparatus itself” , according to a company announcement. The inventor, Daniele Baldacci, and the company have had a contractual arrangement regarding patent acquisition.
The patent was granted in Italy and Europe, the company announced. The patent cover software, hardware and methods, with the earliest OLOS® patent dating back to March 5, 2013.
