We cheer and reception the ingenious art work of our directors from different walks of life. We look out to unique and creative ideas that make history. Our mission is to honor the infamous heroes of the screen by focusing on the issues we face today and provide opportunities for independent filmmakers. We welcome filmmakers from around the globe, films that deal with problems faced by women environment issues, social evil, children and the LGBT community will be our most important concern. It was founded about eighty years ago and is inspired by the educational vision of J. Krishnamurti, a vision of compassion and harmonious human development. The school is named after Achyut Patwardhan, a lifelong friend of Krishnamurti and a prominent figure in India\u2019s independence movement. Overcoming numerous challenges throughout its existence, the school has grown in size and quality and is now a place of research, through education, for a possible happiness.
